The need for professional help in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

Christian counselling ministry is a calling for all believers. Some may choose to do so with expertise, and others may choose to obey the Lord’s command to help one another. People need counselling to move from brokenness to wholeness. Unfortunately, in some societies, people have not developed the culture of seeking psychological help. Suppose my people and the institutions of my country of origin could read me. In that case, I will ask them to implement services that help people deal with life problems from the Bio-psycho-socio-spiritual perspective.  Several approaches are used to help people who face different issues. We believe that all truth is God’s truth. It is the working power of the Holy Spirit that makes the change in people’s lives. That is why we integrate Theology with Psychology in our help. Congo, DRC need more professional Christian counsellors.
