2020 has been a challenging year for the whole world. But there is always hope for those who live. How can we give thanks to the Lord for being numbered among the living on this day? We can only count on the Grace of God. There is nothing we can give to Him in return for what he does in our lives in 2020. If we are alive until today, I am sure we will reach 2021, which will undoubtedly be a year of consolation. Life is a gift from God. We are not superior to our brothers and sisters, the heroes who died on the battlefield of the pandemic in 2019/2020. It is with tears in our eyes and confusion that we have lived through the past months. If we are alive, it must be for a purpose. I’ll ask everyone to think about this when setting 2021 goals. God is sovereign; he loves men/women. He created us for a reason. We are fallible, but we must rely on His Grace.
Let every human being say this to God: My plans, my goals are hereafter (enumerated), but I say: Here I am Lord, do with me what you want for your Glory.
